My guy smells bad

When my bf and I decided to start hooking up we both agreed to get checked for stds. I went and things were fine. He Said he went and that he was fine. We always use a condom. But I've noticed a strong oder coming from his manhood even right after a shower. It's become so noticeable that it is a Huge turnoff for me!!! 😝 Could it be that he does have an STD or do guys ever just naturally stink?? Im too shy to say anything to him and I'm sorry but if it doesn't get fixed soon I can't sleep with him. It's gross.
