HCG Levels at 4w2d ....low or normal????

I went to get blood work today at 4w2d and my HCG levels came back at only 42... I have been hearing a lot of mixed things. Some people are saying that is way too low and to expect to miscarry soon and others say it doesn't matter that they are that low as long as they double every 2 days. I would love to hear what others HCG levels were around 4 weeks.... I am having such bad anxiety worrying I'm going to or already am miscarrying since my last pregnancy resulted in miscarriage.
