Ok I'm a 2nd time momma, but not exactly sure if I'm going into labor. Maybe early stages? Im 37 weeks, no dilation as of Thursday last week. But all day today Ive been feeling off. Lower back pains that feel like labor pains i had with my son. Pain in my hips. And bad nausea and dizziness. What do you mama's think?
