????? Whats going on!!

I am 3 days late on my period. I have had a positive pee stick at home and a positive blood draw test at the hosptial but it was very very low. The dr said "it could have been an blighted ovum". That was Saturday. Well today(Monday), i can't pee positive but no period. I have very werid and long cycles but they come every month or two. So according to a 32 day cycle, which is what i had last month, and going off of the conception date of July 24, i would be just now 4 weeks and 3 days(?). So should i treat myself like im pregnant or should i just wait to either bleed or don't for a few more days to call my dr??
