How to stop cramps?
I have the worst cramps ever- not literally, i'm not the one to pass out from the pain. but i am the one who sits in bed curled in a ball literally unable to move or sleep till they dial down long enough lol. i just want some advice, and i was hoping something besides pain medicine.
