Gestational Diabetes
So I've been eating healthy and following the meal plans for GD for a few weeks now but for the last past week I'm been shaking... & I shake when I haven't ate enough or some times I seems like I need a little sugar like a piece of candy or something. This journey has been hard and my family members all say it'll be okay but it doesn't feel like it. The checking my sugar in my blood 4x a day on top of giving myself insulin 2x a day it's starting to be a little to much I know my hormones may have a lot to do with this I just hate feeling like I'm doing everything right & it's not enough I eat healthy and portion my foods but my morning sugar level never seems to go down under 90 . All I want is a healthy remaining pregnancy.
