Breastfeeding Problems

My son will be 2 months old on the 14th, and he's stopped latching on quite a bit. I'm extremely saddened by this, because I am a stay at home mom and want to breast feed exclusively. He was in the NICU for 5 days so they gave him formula as well.. we were trying go wean him off of the formula.. but now he will not latch and I'm not sure what else to try.. he will take my milk from a bottle but.. i would like to remove the bottles and have him solely breast feed.. any advice would be great.
