Is this a reasonable timeline?

I have been actively trying to get pregnant since I was 19, I'm now 25 with no luck. I told my mom yesterday that if I wasn't pregnant by the time I was 30 I was going to freeze my eggs and again if I'm not pregnant by the time I'm 35 I'm going to do ivf... do you thing this is a reasonable time line?

If you have already been trying unsuccessfully for 6 years then I would seek the advice of a Fertility Specialist NOW! Do Not wait until 35 to do IVF, because at age 35 your chances start to decrease significantly.  Start saving now (or take out insurance that covers it now), and start working towards IVF before 30. 
(My personal opinion from someone who left it too late)

I feel like I would be doing more sooner since you've already been trying for so long. Why not go see a specialist now if you're ready for children now? That's just my perspective! I respect whatever decision you make :)

I would find out the reason now, do all the tests possible and then take an action based on the results.
