Sharp stomach pain & AF 3 days late

We have been TTC for 7 months. AF is 3 days late, I have sore & full feeling breasts, and white, milky cm. I keep getting BFNs :(. I also keep getting random sharp pains in the middle of my stomach near my belly button. They are quick pains. I've also been sort of under the weather with cold symptoms so the pains might be from that, but not sure. Has anyone ever experienced these pains? Is this a good sign and it's just too early to see a BFN? All of the other symptoms are getting me excited!
