1st period after m/c

Miscarried a month ago at 6 weeks..we had been trying for 9 months and were devastated. Been dreading this day. And since we decided to try again straight away we were soooo hoping to get a bfp again. Im gutted. I was expecting really bad cramps with AF as i usually get them pretty bad anyway. But she just snuck in unannounced to the point where i was so unaware that i was taking a pregnancy test this morning convincing myself i could see a faint positive....and then i wiped.. and there she was...the b*tch. Thank god im in the office alone today as i am largely a blubbering mess. :(
