Soft cups- give them a try??

My coworker swears by the Instead Soft Cups. It's the one thing she did differently the month she got pregnant after years of trying but gosh I can't wrap my head around trapping sperm in my vagina for an extended period of time. I feel like I'll get a bacterial infection. Right?! Anyone swear by them??

I have to ask about soft cups this is the first time I heard of this. I usually lay still for 45-1hr to hopefully keep the is sperm in there. No luck tho

So I tried soft cups for 2 cycles and the 2nd time I'm pregnant!  Definitely helped I think along with ovulation predictors.  Good luck ladies ☺️

I use them and live it!!! It's good at keeping the mess inside... Lol... Right after my DH ejaculayes, I insert the soft cup by squeezing the cup and pointing it down towards the back side of my vagina.. Then unpick it back behind the pubic synthesis (I think that's what it is) I put the soft cup behind it and it is then snugly in there.... In the begging I was so uncomfortable and would keep them in for 1-2 hours... Now I keep them in for 16 +!hours... Lol it helps by keeping the Sperm near the cervix so everyone has a fighting chance.... Lol and there is no mess after sex... Lol hope this helps!! Good luck!!

I've tried them for 2 cycles so far and no luck, but it's hard to figure out if they are in position correctly over the cervix.  I'll keep trying... A lot of success stories!
