Vaginal walls! Need major help !

White patches on my vaginal wall what could they be ?  It feels as if my vagina is swollen on the inside I am  really worried it burns and itches like crazy. I thought it was a yeast infection, I've been having reoccurring yeast infections for the last few months I got checked for a few stds they came back negativee and the lady said it was only yeast but the pill she gave me didn't work, now I'm still struggling with my vaginal health and it's stressing me out ! I don't have any money to go to the doctor and I've tried home remedies :(
