What would you do

I'm in the process of moving in with my long term boyfriend. It's currently one billion degrees out. My parents do not have ac, my boyfriend does. I work nights and have been sleeping horribly due to the heat. He's offered for me to sleep at his house I just fee all sorts of uncomfortable because his roommate is very loud and slightly disrespectful I don't really like being alone with him. Well I finally broke down and asked if I could sleep at his house tomorrow. His roommate is in the process of moving out so he plays loud music ect do I have any right to ask him to turn it down be quiet ect? Or should I go home and try to get an hour or two in the heat?
