husband

My husband is a good father and I know he loves our baby but everytime out baby crys he gets so flustered he makes comments like " dude what's wrong" " come on" it really makes me mad because he's a baby he's going to cry calm down what also makes me mad is everytime he is holding the baby he's on his phone. He just doesn't spend " quality" time with him. What do I say without making him feel like a terrible father?
