Help! Severe lower back pain! Labor?

Question

I'm 38+3 and had my membranes swept yesterday. Now today a few hours ago I started having hot flashes, chills and felt nauseous and my lower back has been killing me! My contractions have been pretty painless in my front but seem to intensify my back pain. Should I go to the hospital could I be in early labor? Thanks!

Yes!!! My first was face up instead of face down putting a lot of pressure and pain thru my butt and back. I didn't even know I was in labor. Def go get checked.

Sounds like your little one is sunny side up and your have labor all in your back! I'd definitely give them a call
