RN route vs LPN route

Im open to both. The only things im worried about is A) not being accepted into the RN program and not being able to go backwards to LPN and B) Going into the workforce with no experience under my belt where as LPN I would have the experience I need.. I just feel like theres more pros than cons to doing LPN first then bridging to RN later..
