How do you appreciate your partner?

my bf mentioned lastnight that he doesn't feel appreciated. I was slightly confused, I cook him dinner every night, I occasionally get him his favourite things, have sex even when I don't want to (hahaha) etc but maybe that's just being "thoughtful"

so, how do you show your appreciation to your bf? sex, gifts, affection?

I am not a affectionate person, I will go and cuddle and kiss him etc but I never initiate sex, which I think he may want sometimes, but I don't really have the confidence for it, even though I'm extremely comfortable around him.

I show my boyfriend appreciation a couple days, I down right tell him I appreciate him and tell him how much I love him, I also do a lot of things for him. Like when we go out I make sure he has everything he needs, and I love doing it for him. He always tells me how much he loves me, and appreciates me!

I tell him how much I love him, ask about his day, get things for him sometimes, bring up things he's interested in, pay attention to what he likes, try my best to pleasure him, and to be affectionate.

I cook him dinner every chance I can. Every night, I will make sure his work clothes are good to go and warm early in the morning. Sometimes, I'll pack him a lunch with a lame cheesy note inside. I'll do his favorite things with him even if I hate it. Some nights, I'll pay our dinner tab. Sometimes I'll just do the things that he does for me. But most importantly, I'll verbally tell him myself that I'm very grateful that I have someone like him. I'll tell him i appreciate everything he does for me. I do this very often actually just because my love for him is so great. It doesn't have to be sex or gifts, but let him know.
