Caregiver abusing resident?

I work in senior living home and this one is memory care so those residents who have dementia. This employee was raising her voice at a resident demanding she get her "ass into your room or I'll run you over with this wheel chair". The resident was in another residents bed. I didnt clearly hear what she said to another resident before that but she was loud enough to hear down the hall. I feel like this is abuse and im not sure if i should report it because another girl and i are new and im worried she might react aggressively or make work difficult for me if she found out i reported her.
