Help plz

So me and my boyfriend had sex about a week ago and this week i been getting early pregnancy signs like ( mood swings my temperature going up and down lower back pain bloating headache feeling tired craving food and morning sickness) (without throwing up) i did take a test but the first time i took it wrong and the 2 time had a miss function. Plz help im tripping or is this for real
