Confused!!

I don't have any photos of my tests because they were all negative and I couldn't see any faint lines.. but I'm 3 days late and I had what I assume to be implantation bleeding about a 2 weeks ago. I had cramping and the bleeding. It was really light pink and turned a deep brown towards the end of the night.. and this light bleeding only lasted a day.. I have been feeling a little nauseous lately and tired but I'm always tired.. I tested yesterday which was the 2nd day late for my period and it was negative.. any chance it could just be too early? When should I test again?
