How do I get over the age thing?

I'm 19 he's 22. Normally I wouldn't date anyone more than a year older than me, but he's really great and I wanna give it a chance. Starting to think maybe me being picky about is the reason why I haven't been able to find someone? I don't know...has anyone ever felt like this before?

My husband is 6 yes older than me. I just turned 27 and he'll be 33 next month. Met when I was 19. It's all good 😊

Frankly, men mature more slowly than women at times and a slightly older man might be a good thing. That isn't nearly enough of an age gap to worry about.

It's really not that big of an age difference. I'm 19 and my husband is 22. There is hardly an age gap big enough to even matter in your taste for movies or shows or books or anything else, and guys mature sliwer than girls anyway, sp a guy just a couple years older is more willing to committ verses a 19 year old guy who still thinks like a 16 year old.

That's not a big gap at all. I typically date guys 3-5 years older. With the right person you shouldn't even notice. I wouldn't put so much stock in it. Age really doesn't mean much.
