What are the most minimal things I need for baby's arrival ? Just found out we have to move to a new place a month before baby is due

First time mom .. My husband has to relocate for work . Our lease expires nov 30 and baby is due dec 23.

I'm 21 weeks + 3 days now . The only thing I bought was a car seat so far and a few onsies. 
Not having a baby shower

We are going to hire movers so I won't be doing any of the physical labor .

I just want to know what's are the things I would need . We are only moving about 2 hours away from where we currently live so it's not that big of a move .

A place to sleep, a few clothes, source of food, car seat, a few receiving blankets and diapers. Do t feel the need that you have to stock up on diapers or wipes, I did that and found out real quick that I didn't like a bunch of them.....

Absolute bare minimum would be clothes ( I would recommend enough to change 4 times in a day,  babies spit up and have blow outs sometimes!) ,  a couple of swaddling blankets so you always have a clean one,  you already have a car seat which if you want it can double as a positioning seat if you are cooking or cleaning because they're portable.   If you haven't thought about it,  you can even Co-sleep,  just make sure to keep the pillows away from baby and any loose blankets away,  and you won't have to worry about a crib or bassinet.  Or you could look into a pack n play,  they normally have a bottom that elevates for a bassinet,  and it can be a safe place to lay baby down to play and have tummy time,  plus under the bassinet part can be storage.

Something to sleep in (we use a bednest and it's great but it really does not matter what)

3 blankets - Muslin or fleece good as quick to wash/dry

5 vests/5 sleepsuits/5 socks/hat/mitts

3 bottles of bottle feeding and some sterilizing tablets

Small basket with nappies/wipes/cream

Bibs

Bottle of champagne and bubble bath - optional but highly recommended
