what do you do for period cramps ?

Besides pain pills what helps?
Ive taken so much pain pills today and it seems to not be working... Im in so much pain 😢😢😔😔 I also like to drink pepper mint tea but tea isn't helping either... Feelin nausea as well

Get a used sock that you dont use anymore and put rice in it and tie it off and microwave it for 10 sec and appy it to where it hurts, you can microwave it again once the sock isnt hot any more it helps me alot when i have very hurtful cramps, hope this helped! :)

If you can get a medical marijuana card... They have a lotion that relieves pain (that's obviously due to the fact that there's medical marijuana in it) at despensaries. If there's one near you, it would be so worth it to get the card and rub the lotion on your stomach. This is of course if you're okay with this way of medicine - I know that not all people are which is fine but it's another option!

It might suck but sometimes wearin a tampon is to much pressure and can cause your cramps to worsen so maybe if it's a day at home just wear a pad

Ok so I'm pretty young but I've had my fair share of cramps. I get all the symptoms on the same day for about three days. As soon as I get my period I take two midols and two Ibuprofen. Then use a heating pad on the fetal position while sipping on ice water or hot tea (no coffee the caffeine makes them worse). Then if it's not better sit in your shower or tub with hot water running on your lower abdomen. If it's still not better then go for a run I know it sounds awful but exercise helps.

Heating pad!!! :) either the reusable kind or they make kinds that you stick to the inside of your pants or the underwear that are disposable.
