Baby wont stop crying what do I do?.

My baby is 3 weeks old, the first 2 weeks he was a pretty quiet baby he slept literally the entire day and only cried late at night but the past week he cries the entire day and nothing helps him..his feedings are the same since birth, i start with breastfeeding then give him a bottle of formula, i use enfamil newborn at first but i switched to gentlease, ive tried gripe water because hes constantly having gas and making pained faces, he still screams so loud i dont know what to do..

Have you tried propping him up after feeding? My youngest nephew had bad reflux that went undiagnosed for a while; he would only sleep in his swing, and was inconsolable after feeding if you laid him flat or held him reclined.

Sounds like colic. Plenty burping of baby.

I use infacol before a bottle, I use doctor brown bottles that reduces colic and I use a comfort milk that reduces colic.

My baby is 9 weeks old and fingers crossed I've had no problems, she just randomly burps out loud during the day too . I always say hearing that burp is better than winning the lottery :)

I hope this helps you, my baby is 5 days old and would cry all the time from gas pain. I now burp him before a feeding and sometimes a few minutes into it if he seems fussy. And then end with a burping. He has been way better the last day or so.
