HELPPPP ME FORMULA FED BABY RISK

Feel absolutely awful!!!! I always prep my bottles by my nightstand for the entire night I fill 4-6 bottles with nursery water all the way up to 4oz for my LO I do not put the powder in until I'm getting ready to feed him but I made a huge mistake I out 2 full scoops in 120ml of water shook well and he drank roughly 80ml. What I did was 3 and a half hours later when he was ready to eat again I stupidly took the leftover formula of 40ml left put 2 ADDITIONAL SCOOPS of powder (enfamil) in and fed him 10 ml of it before realizing what I had done. Someone please ease my mind...
