Using a diva cup??

Question

If I wanted to start using them, where would I start?

I think they're a great idea and they help the environment!

Any recommendations on what kind to start with? And application too?

I had no clue diva cup was a specific brand! Thought that was the general name of a menstrual cup lol

There are 2 sizes for the diva cup, specifically. Size 1 is for women who have not given birth vaginally, and size 2 is for women who HAVE given birth vaginally. The diva cup is pretty firm- I sometimes have trouble inserting it and keeping it up there because of this. I've been thinking about getting a softer one. Check out the YouTube page 'Precious Star Pads.' She's a girl in the U.K. who has ALL SORTS of menstrual cup knowledge! Good luck :)

I use a lena cup! Works fantastic. Go to lenacup.com or Google Lena cup for more information on it. Would totally recommend.
