Never wake a sleeping baby is my motto even during the day, my kids need their sleep and waking them during the day often leads to a cranky baby in the evening. My 6 week old will nap 3-3.5 hrs during the day 2-3 naps and still sleeps a 5 hr stretch at night. I do stimulate her more and try and keep her awake as much as she will tolerate during the evening to prepare for bed.

Baby's can go up to 4 hours between feedings. If it's been longer then maybe wake them up.  Try to enjoy the naps!  Baby will wake up when it's hungry.
