Femara/Letrozol

Last moth my fertility specialist put me on Clomid days 4-8 and tried an IUI but it didn't take..I went back today to see if I could start taking Clomid again but after they did the ultrasound I found out I have a small cyst on both of my overies..we have to skip this month and next month they are going to try Femara..has anyone takin this before? What were you side effects and did it work for you?!
