2mg folic acid???

I have 800mcg folic acid and I need to take 2mg. Someone help me out and tell me how many pills I need to take lol

That would be 2 1/2 but you could go buy a bigger dose pill. And I think you need a prescription for 2mg

You need to take 2 1/2 of the 800mcg pills. There are 1000 mcg in 1mg. 2 pills will bring you to 1600mcg so you'll need another half to bring you to the 2000mcg/2mg.
