WARNING, Graphic pics. I'm probably scaring myself but do I have herpes???!!

So I had sex almost a month ago with my ex. It was unprotected but his penis looked fine. I asked him if he had anything and of course he said no. So a few days ago I randomly touched my vagina and felt this bump didn't think much of it cause I was busy and yeah. Well anyways I just felt it again randomly today and it's still here! It feels like a huge pimple. Something is in there. It only hurts if I try to squeeze it or mess with it too much.  Other than that I don't even notice it. What do you ladies think? Anyone with herpes ever have something like this? Or am I just scaring myself. Thank you for being understanding. I'm going to my obgyn tomorrow.
