Have a look please, Does anyone know what this is ?

Hi ! My babe is two months old & she has (as I've seen) some kind of rash ... I looked up different kinds w/ pictures but none look like hers ... I didn't find any rash pictures on black baby skin. I just wanted to try here, we are out of town ATM, but more than likely will call her doctor once we touch back down . Any suggestions as to what this may be ?

It could be eczema or a heat rash. Heat rash usually covers most of the body. Either way a cool not cold bath in Aveeno soap will likely help. Still visit the doctor as soon as you can. Bad eczema can cause trouble.

I hope this picture helps you.  That looks like eczema to me on your baby.  Aveeno and eucerin make eczema cream for baby.

My son had these on his neck and face and they told me it was heat rash so I've been stripping him down to just his vest for a few days and it has begun clearing up. Still get checked just incase, good luck

My first born had this before I took her to the dr and they said it was eczema they gave her steroid cream but I stopped using due to the steroids. She is now 4 and it comes and goes but when she has it I keep it away with Aveeno
