Hi I was wondering if anyone has had a problem losing weight after a miscarriage? I lost my baby at 13w 6d on January 16th of this year, I lost a lot of blood and have had numerous health problems since. I haven't been able to lose any weight since. Ive watched what I've eaten and became more active and nothing seems to help. I want to be at my best health since we are trying again, any advice would help!
