Infertility

So, my bf is 'infertile' and tested for it when he was 19-20. Now he's 25 and hasn't yet been tested again. Can things change or once it's said, is it a done deal? We have had unprotected sex for the last 10 months now.

That being said, the last 3 weeks my boobs have been hurting. Worse than normal. Thought I was getting cramps then it was just gas. I have felt pretty nauseous a couple times now. And tonight's is worse. My tummy is hard and feels bloated, or I just got fat, but no gas pains and no gas more than normal. I've been wanting to clean and cry at the same time. I don't want to get my hopes up because of our chances. So should I take a test or continue to wait? My last period was June 3rd I do believe. I've been irregular, then I have spurts of regularity but more often than not, irregular.
