help!
I've been on my period for 12 days. I got the depo shot some weeks back, after almost 4 months post partum and I'm so hormonal and I'm cramping on and off like crazy. I doubt I'll get the depo shot again. 😖🙄 Does anyone have any helpful tips or anything, or a better method of bc to try possibly?
