Baby Clothes - Hang Vs Fold?!

Question

What should I hang and what should I fold?? The nursery has a huge closet with a lot of room to hang things, her crib is overflowing with clothes ranging from nb to 12mo. I am already planning on getting some storage containers for the clothes over 6mo for now, and I also plan on folding everything over 3mo unless it's a fancier outfit that needs to be hung.

Mostly wondering as far as onesies pjs shirts pants etc what should be hung and what should be folded?? 
Excuse the mess, still switching the room over from our storage to her nursery! Figured I'd include a picture of what I'm working with, this is the only dresser I have and there are shelves behind the little door. Closet extends probably a good foot and a half on either side!

Use the Kon Mari Method! She has a couple of books but you can also find it on you tube.  Everything looks so adorable! I'm sure I won't keep it up after baby arrives but I loved doing it for the initial set up! I folded and put everything into bins that fit in the dresser drawers for NB and 0-3 then have the 3-6 ready to go in bins in the closet so I can just swap them out when she grows into the next size.

I fold everything. I hang jackets hoodies and formal clothes. I would assume for a girl I would hang dresses and jackets and formal clothes. I also hang his snow suit (I highly recommend them if you live where it is cold) other than that everything is folded. At first I had everything hung and realized that it was easier for me to be able to just grab things out of the drawer.

And then fold the bigger sizes maybe? Store blankets bedding etc

I would rather fold then hang so it's really up to you. I'll hand certain clothes though that don't need to be used as often

Whichever takes less effort. I toss all the clothes unfolded into the bin and then dig them out when I want them though I do keep long clothes on one side and short clothes on the other.

I hung up any Jeans sweaters dressy shirts bigger clothing in that range too and folded the at home clothing
