PP (Planned Parenthood)

So my boyfriend and I have sex with protection. The only time we don't is In the shower and he pulls out ever 10 seconds (he gets scared he might cum) his parents and brother know and my cousin knows. My parents don't know so I've been wanting to go to PP (Planned Parenthood) but he doesn't want to risk my mom finding out I'm going and call me out and make us break up (yes, she's already said she would make us break up if she found out we had sex) should I go behind his back, not go or just try and get him on the same page as me?? I want the pill not only for sex but also for cramps and to regulate my period. I've already talked to my mom about the period thing and acne but she still says no.
