Bladder hurts why?😞😞

I'm 15 weeks, bladders been killing me all day, I been peeing every 30 mins or even less, it feels like when you have a bladder infection and that painful uncomfortable feeling you get down there everytime you move, But I've been peeing fine all day it's clear and I've been very hydrated lately, but it's just my bladder or something that's hurting me, and EVERY time it starts to hurt its cause my bladder is full and when I go to the toilet I pee so much, but it's every 15-30 mins like why?? It feels find and normal after I pee but when I drink more water my bladder is filling up fast and making it hurt? Or do I just have the weak bladder when your pregnant and go pee every 10 mins but why does it hurrrttt????!!! Someone Anserw me please, btw I'm the WORST at explaining things but I hope you guys know what I mean lol
