Dilation in progress..

Yesterday I found out I was 1cm dilated and my cervical effacement was real soft does that mean I lost my mucus plug along time ago? Shes also 6lbs&measured her and said she's 37wks when my due date is on 9/11. But my midwife said its possible I can have her within 2wks early.
