Positive pregnancy test, but blood

I took a pregnancy test last night got a faint line, took one this morning got another faint line, I've been having cramps on my left side and I wiped and there's blood. Is it possible I got false positives. I set up an appointment earlier and have it set for tomorrow at 10. I don't know if I'm starting my period or what I need opinions
