Nausea after membrane sweep?

I got my membranes sweep yesterday at my appointment. Last night in bed I started feeling weird. I was nauseated the whole night. I'd get up to pee but never felt I had to throw up...until literally now. I got up drank some water an hour later threw it up. Im pretty sure it's not a stomach bug. I looked it up that it might mean labor that my body is cleaning out. I am now losing bits of my plug as well. Just wondering if anyone else has this happen? Thanks :)
