Next option?

Had an ultrasound yesterday. Found out I don't respond to the 150mg of Clomid. Only options left are to try Clomid with Metformin and if that doesn't work then IVF. 
 Cried for an hour straight when I got home. Has anyone had success with the Clomid and Metformin combo?

Try Femara! I took clomid for 3 months and did not ovulate, on my third month of femara and ovulated the first two!

I agree with the other posted. Femera/letrozole is another drug you can try. Some people respond better to it than clomid and vice versa. You could always find a fertility dr that will run a bunch of tests to see if anything is causing it. They also do IUI if you wanted to try that route before IVF. I am currently on injectable meds, the same they use for IVF but a lower dosage because I'm doing iui. You definitely have options tho I know every month is another disappointment.
