Ugh so confused! A bit wordy sorry

Ok so I have a pretty regular 30 day cycle. last month my period was totally normal right on time lasted 4 (and a half ish) days. This week I got my period on Sunday like clockwork I had mild cramps but nothing major like usual where I'm doubled over in pain. yesterday it got a bit heavier but no clots. Then today it was very lite then completely went away I had one brownish streak on a tampon after a few hours (sorry tmi) when I went to bathroom and nothing since. My boyfriend and i have been together for 10 years and aren't really trying to get pregnant but aren't trying not to at the same time. I went of bc 2 and a half years ago and have been using condoms religiously until recently when he decided to use them if he feels like it but he always pulls out. I'm just a little worried because a coworker of mine just found out that she's almost 8 MONTHS pregnant and never knew (and still gets a 'regular period')until she noticed her belly button looked different one day...yikes!!
