What should I do? What would you do?

I've been looking for a job for months on end and would have no luck. So I filled out an application the other day and I got a call from that area. Thing is I filled it out electronically so I doubt It could've been them. They were on my missed calls. I just don't think it was them because generally it takes about a week or two for the application to process. Maybe I'm just so anxious. What would you do? If I do call what should I say? I just stuck this anywhere btw.
