IUD DIARY

I had an IUD placed yesterday (copper, hormone freeparagard) it wasn't pleasant but not unbearable. I cramped all night, but nothing that kept me in bed or anything. I even went to dinner and shopping :) I woke up this morning and no cramps at all. I keep having this feeling though that I'm gonna strain too much (going number 2) and it's gonna pop out haha. Is this a rational fear? Anyways...so far so good 👍🏼
