Is their any depression medication at Rite aid or in any drug stores?!

So i dealt with at least 5 miscarriages in the past 4 years.... i know its alot.... I have depression and sucidal thoughts.... I do not want to go to the doctors because i know they will percribed me useless medication... What other things i can take or do to prevent such a horror time in my life.....🙏😔💔

I was diagnosed with multiple personality disorder anxiety and a lot of other stuff and I can say the only thing that helps me I'd pot.  And my support system just find someone u trust it doesn't have to be a lot of people but just one or two.. And tell  them.  And talk to them when. U feel down

I'm on antidepressants for bipolar disorder and they make me feel so much better. They're not useless. If you want an herbal medicine try St.John's wort.
