HELP PLS

I went to the bathroom earlier and found this in my panties... I'm not supposed to start my period for another week. This blood was a little brighter than my usual period blood and was just a little stringy.  I was fingered last night and started doing kegel exercises this morning but don't think that would make this happen?? I don't know what this is/why
