I flipping the flip out help me!

I'm on the implant have been since the beginning of July  I was suppose to start my period and it hasn't started I'm late I've been having sex with my so and we use protection every time never had broken condoms or anything I've had sore boobs for two weeks my nipples were hard for like 30 mins straight and were tender to touch and still are Im sitting at Starbucks and getting weird smells like I literally just smelt shit and vomit and it's flipping me out ten times more because I've been seeing a bunch of pregnant women and pregnancy test at my work I'm like dying what the F*CK I DO!!!!
