37 weeks is full term?

According to my app I'm 37 weeks today and full term...I though full term was 40 weeks exactly.

It's actually considered early term 37-38 weeks. Full term is now 39-40 weeks. I had gallstones and pancreatitis with my daughter (just had my surgery the day before yesterday to have my gallbladder removed) and they wouldn't even consider anything until they could induce me at 39weeks.
