Pelvic congestion? Endometrial biopsy? Ttc?

Carrie • 💕46 1/2 yr old Mom of 6 Sunshines🌞, 1 Angel👼🏼 & 1 Rainbow 🌈

We've been trying to conceive for 8 months now after a miscarriage at 20 weeks due to an infected placenta. We have a 2 year old though and we practically just held hands conceiving her. Same with the little girl we lost 9 months ago, so nothing makes sense.

I had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago saying i had "excessive veins in the uterus". OB follow up today said it's possible pelvic congestion(still don't know what it is or how you get it), my thryroid levels were off again (not uncommon as i have hashimotos), and she's got me going for a CT scan tomorrow then an endometrial biopsy will be the 13th to take a sample to try to find out what's causing my suddenly heavy periods such as cancer etc. I have previous children and never had issues getting pregnant before, keeping them or any of these other issues.

Can anyone with any information or related experiences please share information.

Does this mean I can't get pregnant anymore? There's very little information from people with pelvic congestion syndrome so i dont know 😔 Is it going to be a concerning health problem for life?

What entails an endometrial biopsy and how should I prepare?

I have tracked ovulation with the strips & every month on day 14 i get positive ovulation. I'm starting to stress n worry where i haven't before & been calm. Now I'm just a ball of emotions with all these questions and no answers 😢 My husband is so great and supportive but he's worried too but also sad that all this also means no children for us, but he's more concerned about me and if something is wrong.
