BABY CRIB SPRAY PAINT???

Where can I find some spray paint to spray paint my baby crib? What kind? And how much?

I would be afraid of it chipping and the baby eating the paint chips. I know it is completely different but I have painted numerous vehicles with spray paint and without proper paint prep it will chip (as my husband found out on his truck.) I do know that there is a paint you can use around babies that isn't toxic as spray paint is a harsh paint. I think if you go Lowe's or home depot (any place that sells house hold paint really.) and let them know what you want to do they should help you.

I'm using normal, non toxic (most paints are now...) paint. I sanded the crib so everything settled better, and then I will coat it with a non toxic polyurethane clear coat. My mother in law is a painter, and that's what she thinks will give it a hard enough finish to make it at least equal quality to paint that would be on a typical store bought crib. I'm sure if you go to Home Depot or lowes and they will help you out! Good luck!
